Anxiety

 

Faced with a dangerous situation the brain triggers an over-excitement  in the central nervous system, this sense or feeling is considered anxiety.

The physical symptoms of anxiety are tachycardia, tremors, sweating, muscle tension, headache (headache), palpitations, chest pain and / or shortness of breath.

Anxiety may be linked to a complexity of feelings of fear, apprehension, worry, restlessness, anxiety, restlessness, causing discomfort and tension, as this is seen as a psychological disturbance. People who suffer from anxiety sometimes have trouble sleeping, have trouble sleeping or light, which makes them feel without energy and tired during the day. There may also have poor digestion, stomach pain and intestinal disorders.

The practice of exercise relaxants are forms of relaxation, which help release the stress caused by anxiety. Sometimes anxiety is  related to subjective factors arising from anxious personalities. Psychotherapy is a form of treatment that can encourage the individual to discover what causes you anxiety and deal with it.

Acupuncture as also proved to be very good for the relief of anxiety.
